The 2021 Annual General Meeting of Australian Mutual Bank Ltd is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, 24 November 2021 at a Sydney venue.
The meeting venue, Notice of Meeting and voting information will be advised no later than 21 days prior to the meeting.
As required by the Australian Mutual Bank Ltd Constitution, three Directors are required to stand down at the 2021 Annual General Meeting. The Directors standing down are eligible for re-election. Individual Members may nominate as a candidate for the 2021 Election of Directors. Nominations close at 4:00pm on 10 August 2021.
