A small number of multi-network debit cards loaded in digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay and Samsung Pay) have been identified with an EFTPOS token expiry date of the 31st of December 2024.
In order for the expiry token to update, the affected members need to update their debit card in their digital wallet to ensure transactions work as normal from the 1st of January 2025.
If you've received a notification from us, simply remove the Visa debit card from your digital wallet and add it back in prior to the 31st of December 2024 and your payments will be accepted as normal.
